Price Match Guarantee

The lastminute.com price match guarantee is our promise that whenever you shop with us you're getting the very best deals.

It's simple. If you book a hotel (including a Top Secret Hotel) or build your own flight + hotel package on the lastminute.com website and you find the exact same product or package on another website within 24 hours of booking with us we will get you a refund of the difference.

To make a price match guarantee request, just email pricematch@lastminute.com with the following information:

• the name of the website where the product is cheaper
• a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited)
• the cost of the cheaper product
• your search criteria (dates / times / number of passengers / destination etc)
• your name, email address and contact telephone number
• your lastminute.com order number.

You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three working days.

Upon our acceptance of your price match guarantee request, please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited as a second transaction on the credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear on the credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

To be valid, any request for a price match guarantee must meet the following conditions:

• The price match guarantee does not apply if you book just a flight.
• For flight + hotel packages we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical (including the same class of service on the flight, the same flight number and the same room type/board basis at the same hotel), and (b) the flight + hotel product you have found is actually available to book as one package on the same website.
• The lastminute.com price match guarantee applies only to UK internet retailers that have the identical product or goods in stock or service immediately available (not on request) and the product, goods or service is priced fully and accurately.
• Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor's total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges as well as any taxes, fees or other charges, whether payable at the time of booking or on departure or arrival.
• The lastminute.com price match guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, vouchers, members’ discounts, promo codes or any other promotional offers on the alternative website.
• The lastminute.com price match guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and is only available on purchases made in the United Kingdom.
